Networking, a run, and trying to keep the day coherent

A day split between study, movement, and trying not to lose the thread between them.

Work

Spent time on networking basics and tried to make ports, services, and TCP versus UDP feel less abstract.

Body

Went out for a short run to clear the head and get some structure back into the day.

Note

When the day has both study and movement, I hold focus better than when I stay in one lane too long.

Next

Do one more practical lab and write one cleaner note from memory.

Linux permissions, repetition, and a steadier rhythm

Mostly a basics day: repeat, slow down, and make the foundation feel more natural.

Work

Revisited file permissions and ownership until the commands felt less copied and more understood.

Body

Kept the physical side light and focused more on getting the day back into a usable rhythm.

Note

Repeating simple things is not wasted time if it turns confusion into something stable.

Next

Repeat the same ideas with a few fresh examples and no notes open.

Making the site lighter so it can become a real habit

The useful change was not more features. It was removing weight and making the site easier to return to.

Work

Simplified the structure of the site and started treating it more like a daily record than a performance page.

Body

No standout training, mostly a quieter day focused on making one system feel easier to keep alive.

Note

If the site asks too much from me, I will stop using it. The format has to stay light.

Next

Keep reducing friction until writing at the end of the day feels natural.
